摘要
以苦参为对象,研究了中药复方中化学成分的变化。结果表明,含苦参的复方,制作成制剂时,受水、加热等因素及与共存的还原性成分,如原儿茶醛等作用,使氧化苦参碱的含量逐渐降低直到消失,苦参碱含量逐渐增加。
Experiments have been made on the changes of chemical constituents in complex formulas of tradi-tional Chinese medicine.The results show that in the complex formula containing Radix Sophorae Flavescentis.as af-fected by various conditions of processing such as water.temperature and coexisting reductive substances,the contentof oxymatrine tends to decrease gradually to disappear while that of matrine increase gradually.
