摘要
文中介绍了用电抗补偿的方法实现压控振荡器的频带扩展,论述了其基本原理和分析方法,并利用计算机辅助设计对该方法进行了分析。根据仿真结果和测试结果的对比表明,仿真结果较好地反映了实际结果。电抗补偿的方法能有效扩展压控振荡器的频带,同时还可以改善压控振荡器的电调线性。
This paper introduced the method with using the compensating resistance to extend the VCO's bandwidth, and using the CAD to analyze this method. Based on the contrast between of the educational result and testing result, we can see the testing result accord with the educational result, and the method with using the compensating resistance can extend the VCO's bandwidth effectively.
