摘要
介绍一种新型锻钢结构活塞,该活塞头部与裙部分别锻造,通过摩擦焊接方式形成一个整体。经三维有限元分析和试验验证,整体钢活塞与传统铝活塞相比,不仅具有更高的可靠性,同时对降低发动机机油耗、减少漏气量等方面均具有明显效果。
This paper introduces a new type of forging steel piston. The piston crown and skirt are forged separately to become a monoblock through friction welding. By using three- dimension finite element analysis and experiment verifying, the monoblock steel piston is not only more reliable but also more effective in reducing engine oil consumption and blow- by than ordinarily aluminum piston.
