摘要
竞争情报是知识经济时代为社会服务的新生事物,是为了提高竞争力、保持竞争优势而进行的一切情报活动。竞争情报具有三大要素:本组织和竞争对手、竞争环境、竞争策略。竞争情报在知识经济时代的社会功能主要体现在:1.竞争情报在组织信息化中的导向作用;2.竞争情报在企业信息化中的带头作用;3.竞争情报在知识经济中的服务作用;4.竞争情报在文化建设中的促进作用;5.竞争情报与知识服务的关联作用。
The competitive intelligence is a new thing which serves the society in the knowledge - based economic times. It refers to all kinds of activities which are carried out in order to improve competitiveness and keep competitive advantages. It has three factors : competition counterpart, competitive environment and competition strategy, Its social functions in the knowledge - based economic times are manifested in the following: (1)guiding function in the organization informationization; (2) leading function in enterprise informationization; (3) service function in the knowledge- based economy; (4) promotion function in the culture building; (5) liaison function with knowledge service.
