摘要
目的通过对卵巢良性肿瘤声像图的分析,提高超声诊断卵巢良性肿瘤的准确率。方法应用日本Aloka SSD-650型超声诊断仪,适度充盈膀胱,于下腹部对双侧卵巢行多切面扫查。结果本组316例患者中卵巢肿瘤超声分型以Ⅰ型居多(97例,占30.7%),其次为Ⅳ型(71例,占22.5%);病理分型以浆液性囊腺瘤居多(74例,占23.4%),其次为黏液性囊腺瘤(58例,占18.4)和畸胎瘤(56例,占17.7%)。结论超声诊断是一种能向临床提供较可靠依据的无创性检查手段,有助于卵巢良性肿瘤的初步定性诊断和鉴别诊断。
Objective To increase the diagnostic accuracy rate of benign ovaries mass by. analyzing the ultrasound images.Methods To scan double - sides ovaries at multi - section with Aloka SSD- 650 of Japan after bladder filled. Results In 316 patients including 97 cases of type Ⅰ (97 cases account for 30.7% ) and 71 cases of type Ⅳ (71 cases account for 22.5% ) by ultrasound;74 cases of Serous cystadenoma(74 cases account for 23.4% ),58 cases of mutinous cystadenoma(58 cases account for 18.4% ) and 56 cases of dermoid tumor(56 cases account for 17.7 % )in pathology. Conclusion Ultrasound is a non- invasion way to provide reliable data for clinical diagnosis and discrimination.
