高频彩色超声和红外光乳腺扫描联合应用检测乳腺良恶性肿瘤的价值分析

摘要 目的探讨高频彩色多普勒显像(CDFI)超声和红外光乳腺扫描联合应用检测乳腺良恶性肿瘤的价值.方法从来院就诊的乳腺病患者中筛选出460例患者,将其随机分为两组检查,高频超声组(Ⅰ组)230例,高频彩超+红外光扫描组(Ⅱ组)230例.并经手术后病理证实,进行回顾分析.结果Ⅰ组乳腺癌88例,其中浸润性导管癌42例。腺癌40例,髓样癌6例,其他良性乳腺疾病142例(其中纤维瘤86例,腺病结节46例,脂肪变性2例,慢性炎症8例).除其中2例与病理诊断不符外,总符合率为99%(228/230).Ⅱ组乳腺癌92例,其中浸润性导管癌42例,腺癌42例,髓样癌6例,其他乳腺疾病140例(其中纤维腺瘤38例,脂肪变性2例,腺病结节44例,慢性炎症8例).与病理时照检出率100%(230/230).结论高频彩色多普勒显像(CDFI)超声和红外光乳腺扫描联合应用检测乳腺良恶性肿瘤,提高了诊断的符合率,时临床手术有一定的指导意义. Objective To approach the value of application of the high-frequency CDFI ultrasonic scanner combined with infra-red spectrum mammary scanner to detect benign and malignant mammary tumor. Methods 460 cases selected from the out-patients with mammary diseases were divided into two groups with 230 cases respectivly, high-frequency ultrasonic scanning group(group Ⅰ ) and high-frequency color scanning plus infra-red spectrum scanning(group Ⅱ ). All the cases were confirmed by pathological test after each operation, reviewed and ananlyzed. Results In group Ⅰ , 88 patients suffered from mammary cancer, of which 42 cases were infiltrative duct-carcinoma, 40 adenocarcinoma, 6 encephaloma and other 142 cases were benign mammary diseases. In group Ⅱ , 92 patients suffered from mammary cancer, of which 42 cases were infiltrative duct-carcinoma, 40 adenocarcinoma, 6 encephaloma and other 140 cases were mammary tumor. The diagnostic detection rate was 100% in contrasting with pathological test(230/230). Conclusion The coupled application of high-frequency CDFI ultrasonic scanner and infra-red spectrum mammary scanner to detect benign and malignant breast cancer could enhance the diagnostic consistent rate with pathological test, which played a significant role in the guidance of the clinical surgery.
