摘要
目的优选虎杖的白藜芦醇最佳提取工艺。方法①采用正交实验法,以白藜芦醇提取量为指标,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测含量,优选提取工艺条件。②以大孔树脂富集及色谱法分离、纯化白藜芦醇。结果乙醇提取最佳工艺为10倍量的90%乙醇回流提取2次,1 h/次。经AB-8树脂吸附富集,硅胶柱色谱纯化,可获得高纯度的白藜芦醇产品。结论该工艺可用于指导生产。
Objective To study the optimum extraction process of resveratrol in Polygonum cuspidatum, Methods ①The optimum extraction process was investigated by orthogonal design and the index of the method was the contents of resveratrol, ②The technology of macroporous adsorptive resin and chromatography was used in the separation and purification of resveratrol by HPLC, Results The optimum condition of ethanol extraction :10 times amount of 90% ethanol and extracted 2 times, 1 hour one time. The purity of the product was gained by the technology of resin AB-8 adsorption and silica column chromatography purification, Conclusion The optimum extraction process can direct production.
