摘要
住房抵押贷款证券化作为一种金融创新,在国外已经发展得相当成熟,但在我国推行还存在着很大的障碍和风险。文中就这些风险中存在的信息不对称及解决方法进行了探讨,提出了个人信用风险、提前支付风险和影响到第三方当事人的风险中信息不对称问题的解决思路。
Securitization of housing mortgage as a form of finance innovation in China develops well abroad while there are many obstacles and risks during its implementation in China. This paper discusses the message asymmetry in the risk and how to deal with it.
