摘要
在刚性非线性单自由度磁浮轴承转子系统动力学模型的基础上,考虑到PID控制策略的简便、易实现、实用、技术成熟等优点,采用M atlab对一实际磁浮轴承转子系统实现了PID控制仿真,得到了系统在某些参数域中的动态性能曲线。结果表明:控制器的参数对磁浮轴承转子系统控制性能有重要的影响,为更好实现磁浮轴承转子系统的稳定控制提供理论参考。
Based on the rigid non-linear single degree-of-freedom magnetic rotor-bearings system, and with the simplicity, easy realization, practicality and technological maturity of piping and instruments diagram(PID) control method considered, the PID control of a factual magnetic rotor-bearings system is simulated with Matlab, and its dynamic performance curves in some parameter fields are arrivedat. The result indicates that the parameters of the controller influence the control performance of the magnetic rotor-bearings system greatly. This provides a theoretical reference for controlling the systems stability.
