摘要
汽车底盘测功机是以工业控制计算机为核心的多功能测试系统,实现了不同工况、不同负荷下动力性能的连续测量,并且增加了燃油消耗的测量,采用自适应控制相结合的控制方案。本文介绍了该系统的硬件、软件、控制方式以及通过电涡流测功机加载来模拟汽车行驶阻力的方法。
The multifunction test and control system for Automobile chassis dynamometer is the core of industry control computer, realizing a continuous measurement of driving performance and gas consumption under variable working condition. Based on adaptive control ways, the system can automatically realize data real control, display and printing tested data sheet and so on. The hardware and software of the system control modes and simulating method of the running condition of the automobile by loading of the dynamometer are introduced in this article.
