摘要
科研不端现象呈现出严重的发展趋势,并且成为一个世界各国普遍存在并且共同关注的问题。为此,西方发达国家制定和修订了涉及科研不端行为界定、认定、预防与制裁等问题的政策和规范,并且从制度上不断地完善对科研不端行为的约束。这些措施对于我国相对滞后的科学道德建设具有重要的借鉴意义。
Scientific research misconduct has presented a serious trend, and it becomes a common and concerned issue in all the countries. Thus, the western countries have made and revised policies and rules for scientific research misconduct, including defining, allegation, prevention and sanction, etc. All the rules and policies will do help to the work of our country.
