摘要
自从1970年Carlson,Heimer等和Binding等相继发表获得渗漏的营养缺陷型烟草突变体、抗苏氨酸烟草细胞系和抗链霉素的矮牵牛细胞系之后,利用植物组织培养分离突变体就被广泛用于遗传学的研究。80年代以来,由于生物技术的发展,利用单倍体和原生质体分离营养缺陷型以进行遗传、生理生化的研究,特别是分离有实用价值(游离氨基酸过量积累、抗除草剂、耐盐和有用化合物积累)的突变体的研究显著增多。
This review was a report of a symposium presented at the 1989 meeting of Cell and Tissue Culture field,the Botan- ical Society of China,Shijiazhuang,Hebei province.It deals with choice of experimental systems,mutagenic treatment of cultures,techniques of selection for resistance to amino acids and amino acid analogs,as well as recent progress of re- search on the mutants.Finaly,it refers to also applications of the mutants to finding out amino acid metabolism process and its regulation,serving as genetic markers and improving nutritional value of crop,and enhancing resistance to salt, frost,disease and insect.
