摘要 通过对600MW亚临界机组给水泵组几个配置方案在功能、型式及运行方式等方面进行详细分析,并对其可靠性和技术经济性进行比较,优化出2种方案,即给水系统配置2×50%汽动泵+15%事故电动泵方案和配置2×50%汽动泵、给水泵汽轮机配带各自独立的小凝汽器的方案。这2种方案不仅能满足机组正常运行、启停,而且也能满足汽轮机事故停机而锅炉突然切掉燃料时,为使锅炉受热面能得到足够冷却所需保证的给水量。结合伊敏发电厂二期工程的实际情况,选择了给水泵汽轮机配独立小凝汽器的方案。该优化方案彻底取消了常规给水系统配置中的启动备用电动给水泵,节约了投资,取消了不必要的备用。 Based on the detailed analysis for several configuration schemes of feedwater pumps for 600 MW subcritical units in function, type and operation mode, associated with the comparison of reliability and technical economy, two optimized schemes were presented. They are 2×50% steam pump +15% emergency electric pump and 2×50% steam pump + small condensers of their own. The two configurations can meet the needs of normal operation, start-up and shut-down, as well as the required feedwater supply for HRA cooling in case of the emergency trip of steam turbine and the cut-off of boiler fuel. The second scheme was selected in the operation of Yimin Thermal Power Plant (Phase II), according to its conditions. This scheme has not the standby electric pump in traditional feedwater systems, saving the investment and eliminating the unnecessary spare parts.
