摘要
采用石灰、粉煤灰及再生混凝土集料为原料,配制成二灰稳定再生集料。首先,在室内对再生混凝土集料的级配、密度和压碎指标等基本性能进行了较为系统地测试;其次,通过重型击实及无侧限抗压强度等试验,对不同配合比的二灰稳定再生集料的最大干密度、最佳含水量以及不同龄期的抗压强度进行了研究,分析了二灰比和再生集料的含量对混合料抗压强度的影响,同时对试验过程中的一些特殊试验现象进行了记录和分析;最后,通过对试验数据的回归分析,得出了回归关系方程,并根据试验结果提出了一些可供工程应用参考的建议。
The recycled concrete aggregate stabilized by lime and fly-ash (RSLF) is designed and fabricated by use of lime, fly-ash and recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) . Firstly, in-door tests of basic performances of RCA are conducted, including the grade, density and crush index, etc. Secondly, based on the tests of heavy tamping and unconfined compressive strength, etc, the properties of different groups of RSLF have been tested, including the optimum moisture content, the maximum dry density and the compressive strength of different ages, then the influences of ratio of lime to fly-ash (LFR) and content of RCA on the compressive strength of RSLF have also been studied. Some special phenomenons in these tests have been recorded and analyzed. Finally, according to the results of compressive strength test, the relation of regression curve has been established.
