摘要 以Cu(Ⅲ)络离子为引发剂,采用均聚共水解法合成带有支链的部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM).实验结果表明:采用均聚共水解法可合成水解度为10%~30%、黏度平均相对分子质量(M,)为8.0×10^6的聚合物;增大Cu(Ⅲ)络离子及链转移剂甲酸钠的浓度,将会降低聚合物的Mr;加入适量氨可提高聚合物的Mr. Branched partly hydrolyzed polyacrylamide was synthesized through homopolymerization and cohydrolysis of acrylamide with Cu(Ⅲ) Complex Ion as initiator and NaCO_3 as hydrolysis reagent. Effects of reaction conditions on the molecular weight of the polymers were studied. Polymers with molecular weight up to 8.0×10~6 and hydrolytic degrees between 10% and 30% were obtained through this method. The result showed that higher concentration of Cu(Ⅲ) Complex Ion and Sodium formate, which was used as chain-transfer agent, lead to lower molecular weight of the polymer. Higher molecular weight of the polymer was achieved by the addition of appropriate concentration of ammonia.
