摘要
介绍一种新型化学螺栓的研制,通过将脂肪胺预先与酮类形成酮亚胺后催化固化环氧树脂胶,结合机械镀锌后的高强度螺栓固定于混凝土等基材中,使基材、粘结层与螺栓成为一个牢固的整体,改善基材的整体承载能力。
Study on a new type of chemical bolt, which combined the epoxy resin glue hardened with ketoimine containing a catalyst prepared by mixing ketone and amine, and the high strength bolt treated with surface mechanical zinc coating. This new type of chemical bolt combined with concrete's cadre is very fastness and can be improved the whole carrying capacity.
