摘要
对高碳高铬系列中的新钢种Cr12V钢在不同温度和不同速度下作一系列镦粗试验,并得出相应的变形曲线和基本理论的关系式。通过试验证明,所得结论准确,为该新钢种的锻造规范提供了理论和实践依据。
Tested by the forging reduction the new Cr12V steel in the series of high carbon-chromium steel under the different temperatures and velocities, and get their corresponding deformation curves and basic theoretic formulas. The tests have proved the putting conclusion is very correct,and it can provide a theorical and practical basis for the forging standard for the nwe steel.
