摘要
目的:制备金银花肠溶片,并建立体外释放度分析方法。方法:采用湿法制粒制备片芯,以欧巴代OY-P-7171为包衣材料,并采用HPLC考察其体外释放影响因素。结果:制备金银花片芯的关键在于粘合剂的种类,而包衣膜厚度是影响药物释放的关键因素。结论:制备的金银花肠衣片在胃液中几乎不释放,在肠液中迅速释放。
Objective： Flos Lonicerae enteric - coated tablets was developed, and the method of drug release was established. Methods： Flos Lonicerae tablets was developed using wet granulation and Opaday OY- P- 7171 as coating materials. The behavior of enteric coated tablets has been evaluated in vitro by dissolution tests and determined by HPLC. Results： Two parameters were critical in preparation of the tablet： the sorts of moistening agent and the amount of dilunts. The coat weight was the significant factor of drug release. Conclusion： Flos Lonicerae enteric - coated tablets prepared did not release chorogenic acid in 0. 1 mol. L-1 HC1 solution, but release chorogenic acid rapidly in pH 6.8 phosphate buffer.
