摘要
利用SolidW orks建立了一种发动机活塞实体模型,通过有限元分析软件AN-SYS,采用完全法对活塞进行瞬态动力学分析.通过计算确定活塞的变形和在整个周期中的应力变化情况,找出活塞的危险区域,这为活塞的设计提供了重要依据.
Applying SolidWorks software, a solid model of a special type of engine piston is presented in this paper. Based on ANSYS software, piston deformation and stress of one cycle are analyzed by transient dynamics theory, the dangerous position of the piston is found out. The research work that the paper deals, with is very important basis for designing the piston.
