摘要
随着供应链管理的兴起,人们越来越认识到分销行业在供应链中起着重要的作用。纸张分销行业的物流管理,更以其价值高、运量大、运送频繁的特点,在企业管理中的地位越来越被重视。本文简介目前纸张分销行业的物流模式,提出当前物流模式存在的或潜在的问题。同时尝试利用供应链管理和物流管理的基本原理进行分析,并提出改进的策略。
With the start-up of supply chain management （SCM）, people began to understand the importance of SCM within the field of distribution. SCM＇s impact has been felt especially in the field of paper distribution due to its high-value products, big-bulk transportation and high frequency. SCM has become more and more important in this field. The paper discusses the current logistic modes and facing problems in paper distribution. Following the discussion, related suggestions are put forward in accordance with the basic theories of SCM and logistics management.
