水孔蛋白-4及其表达变化在脑水肿中的作用

摘要 本文介绍了水孔蛋白4在结构、分布以及定位方面的最新研究成果,分析文献,指出水孔蛋白4既参与水肿的形成,又参与水肿的消退;它的表达变化是组织缺氧、内环境紊乱及血脑屏障破坏的结果,对机体既有保护作用,也产生损害;同时提出一种新的治疗脑水肿的设想。
