摘要
自１９８３年至１９９３年共诊治Ｍｉｒｉｚｚｉ综合征及Ｍｉｒｉｚｚｉ综合征合并胆囊胆管瘘１４例。采取底颈方式切除胆囊，必要时切开胆囊和取出结石或探查胆总管，明确解剖关系和避免损伤。如发现瘘形成则根据瘘的大小行直接修补，利用胆囊瓣行胆管成形术或行肝总管空肠Ｒｏｕｘ－Ｙ型吻合术。
Between 1983～1993,14 cases of Mirizzi syndrome and Mkizzi syndrome with cholecystocholedochal fistula were diagnosed and treated.Author prefer fundus-down cholecystectomy,sometimes opening gall-bladder with stones removal or exploration of the common bile duct. When a fistula is found,direct repair biliary defect,choledochoplasty using the cuff remnant of the gall-bladder or hepaticojejunostomy should be performed according to the size of the fistula.
