磷酸肌酸钠治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床观察 被引量:37

摘要 目的评价磷酸肌酸钠(CP)常规治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的效果。方法将60例CHF患者分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予CP,比较治疗2周后两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者疗效间差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),LVEF明显增加,LVESD、LVEDD减小,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论CHF患者在常规抗心衰药物治疗的同时静脉加用CP具有显著改善心功能及血流动力学的作用。
