摘要
介绍了低毒油基钻井液在南海西部海域钻井作业中的应用情况,对该钻井液使用过程中存在的问题进行了分析,探讨了应用工艺的完善措施。低毒油基钻井液具有环境安全、井眼稳定、润滑性好、抗污染能力强、对油层损害小、抗腐蚀性好等特点。认为在近一段时期内还可能继续使用低毒油基钻井液对付特殊井的井眼问题。指出今后海上使用低毒油基钻井液需进一步完善应用工艺,尤其要注意对固相控制设备的完善。
Application of low toxicity oil-base drilling fluid in the drilling operation in west area of Naihai oil field is introduced. The preparation before using . the character, application result and benefitial result are also given. The prolems encountered in application are analyzed. It is indicated that some application technique should be improved, especially the solids control equipment should be paid more attention.
