摘要
通过对进料换热器垢物的实验分析,提出了蜡油加氢裂化装置进料换热器的积垢机理、腐蚀原因及其防垢措施。认为换热器的积垢成分主要是含Fe硫化物、铁镍硫化物、氯化物及有机垢,铁杂质主要来自金属腐蚀,镍来自催化剂流失,氯化物来自蜡油中无机物及有机物的分解。进料侧垢物中的有机垢是由氧引发的氧化自由基聚合反应生成的,其主要成分是金属腐蚀产物和油泥,而非结焦物。
The mechanism and cause of the formation of the fouling deposit in the feed heat exchanger of the hydrocracking unit in Shengli Refinery were proposed after the analysis of the deposit.The deposit was composed of ferric sulfide,ferrous sulfide,nickel containing sulfide,chloride and organic matter.The ferric and ferrous impurities were caused by the corrosion of the equipment;the nickel was come from the catalyst run off;the chloride was formed from the decomposition of both organic and inorganic matters in the feedstock;and the organic deposit was the result of the oxidative polymerization.
