摘要
图书馆是一个非营利机构,主要目标是为社会提供信息服务,对经济效益考虑甚少,然而,随着图书馆的发展,引入营销管理是图书馆发展的必然趋势。本文分析了图书馆采用营销管理的必要性、开展营销管理的优势,并提出了从企业营销管理的经验论述了图书馆营销管理的六项策略。
Library is a none- profit organization, whose main goal is to provide information service for the public. Economic benefits are seldom considered in the management of library, however, with the development of library, the application of marketing management in library is a inevitable trend. The paper analyzes the necesslty of marketing management applied in library and its advantages, puts forward six strategies for library to develop marketing management by drawing the marketing management experience of businesses.
