摘要
依据工程流体力学的理论,提出了钻井泵阀隙流场的概念;分析了泵阀流场变截面、窄缝隙及钻井液流速随时间和空间位置变化的特点;建立了间隙钻井液流速分布的简化数学模型。通过计算,得到了问隙钻井液流速沿泵阀密封锥面母线方向和在任一截面上随曲柄转角的变化规律。对泵阀间隙钻井液流速分布规律的分析认为,当间盘处于"跳升"段和问隙较小时,钻井液对问座和间盘产生剧烈的冲刷作用。
Based on the theory of engineering hydromechanics,the concept of now field in valve play on drillpump is put forward,the characteristics of the variation of the variable passage cross section and narrow play of the flow field and the flow velocity of the drill fluid along with bine and space are analyzed,and a simplified mathematical model for the distribution of the flow velocity of drill fluid through the valve play is estabished. By means of calculation,the pattern of the variation of the flow velocity of drill fluid on any section of the valve play along the generatrix of the valve cone with the rotating angle of the crankshaft is obtained.An analysis of the flow velocity distribution pattern of the drill fluid through the valve play shows that violent scouring on the valve disk and valve seat will be produced by the drill fluid during the up-jumping of the valve disc and with valve play being quite small.
