摘要
[目的]了解常见引起慢性病毒性肝炎的乙肝病毒及丙肝病毒在医务人员中的感染状况，以确定预防措施。[方法]2003-2005年采集本院各科室职工517名的血清。用酶联免疫吸附法，检测HBsAg、抗-HBs、HBeAg抗原、抗-HBe、抗-HBc及抗-HCV。用罗氏荧光实时定量PCR仪测定乙肝病毒脱氧核糖核酸。[结果]HBsAg和乙肝DNA的检出率分别为10．25％（53／517）、10，83％（56／517），乙肝病毒感染率依次为门诊和医技科室、临床科室、职能科室，分别是62．43％、52．07％、40．54％，三者间的差异有统计学意义。抗-ACV的检出率仅为0．18％（1／517）。[结论]医务人员的HBsAg检出率高于本市检出率。其中门诊和医技科室的乙肝病毒感染率较高，是医院预防工作的重中之重。其HB—sAg阳性且乙肝DNA〉10^4拷贝的人员是防治肝病的重点。抗-HCV的检出率未见增高。
[Objective]To investigate the infection situation of HBV and HCV that cause the chronic viral hepatitis among the medical staff,in order to take the effective control measures, [Methods]2003-2005, HBsAg, anti-HBs, HBeAg, anti-HBe,anti-HBc and HCV antibody, were detected by ELISA for 517 clerks of the different departments in hospital. HBV-DNA was screened by Roche Light Cycler PCR Instrument. [Results]The positive rates of HBsAg and HBVDNA were 10. 25%（53/517）, 10.83%（56/517） respectively. The infection rate of HBV was 53. 33% （276/517）,among which the outpatient department,and clinical laboratory, clinic course, and functional department accounted for 62. 43%, 52. 07 % and 40. 54 % respectlvdy,the three department showed significant differences. The positive rate of the HCV antibody was only 0.18 % （1/517）. [Conclusion]The positive rate of HBsAg of the medical staff was higher than the average rate of local town. The HBV infection rate of the outpatient department and clinical laboratory wa a bit higher,They were the emphasis of the control work in hospital. Those whose HBsAg was positive and HBV-DNA〉 10^4 copies/ml, were the high risk population of prerention and treatment for hepatic disease. The positive rate of HCV antibody didn＇t show increase.
