摘要
从化学镀镍磷合金的沉积机理出发,分析影响镀层耐蚀性的因素,认为络合剂柠檬酸盐、稳定剂碘酸钾对镀层耐蚀性的提高有显著效果,所采用的搅拌工艺是消除镀层孔隙率的最有效途径。
According to the deposittheory of electroless non-crystall Ni-P alloy, the factors which effect the deposit corrosion resistance are investigated. The results show that the hydroxyl compound and stable compound can obviously enhence the corrosion resistance of deposit, and the application of the stiring technologe is the most effective way to decrease the porosity of depost.
