摘要
通过对护理工作内涵的深入理解及护理专业价值的正确认识,提出了把人文精神作为护理的专业信念,以满足以人为本的护理服务需求,促进护理事业的蓬勃发展。通过分析影响护理专业人文精神发挥的诸多因素,探讨了激发护理专业人文精神的四大策略,即强化人文管理的融合;激发护理道德的情感;营造护理环境的和谐;促发人文知识的内化。
By in-depth understanding of the connotation of nursing and correct recognizing of the value of nursing profession, the paper proposes the humanistic spirit as the professional faith to satisfy the need of nursing service with the people as fundament and to develop nursing profession. After analyzing the factors influencing the exerting of humanistic spirit, the paper brings forward four effective strategies to coruscate nursing professional humanistic spirit： strengthening the integration of humanistic administration; inspiriting the emotion of nursing occupational morality, constructing the harmoniousness of nursing environments and promoting the inner-conversion of humanistic knowledge.
