摘要
随着金融业混业经营和金融全球化的深入发展,分业监管模式已不适应我国金融业的发展。通过比较英、美、日三国金融监管模式,结合我国目前金融监管中存在的问题,认为我国目前应建立统一的金融监管体制。
Along with the deep development of mixed operation of the finance industry and financial globalization, the dividing supervision mode already does not adapt our country financial industry development. Through comparing financial supervision modes of English, American, Japanese, and unified the question which our country in financial supervising and regulating exists at present, the author proposes we should establish mixing supervision in our country.
