耐多药结核病的化学药物研究进展 被引量：14

摘要 耐多药结核病（MDR—TB）的治疗需要新的抗结核化学药物，但其研制和开发工作步履维艰。为此，最近国际上成立了全球抗结核药物发展联盟（结核联盟，TB alliance），旨在发展全球公立和私立的抗结核药物研究伙伴，为研制新的抗结核药物，并迅速进入市场提供重要的平台。近年来，有关耐多药结核病化学药物方面的研究取得了一些进展，现介绍如下，供同道借鉴。
