耐多药结核病的化学药物研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 耐多药结核病(MDR—TB)的治疗需要新的抗结核化学药物,但其研制和开发工作步履维艰。为此,最近国际上成立了全球抗结核药物发展联盟(结核联盟,TB alliance),旨在发展全球公立和私立的抗结核药物研究伙伴,为研制新的抗结核药物,并迅速进入市场提供重要的平台。近年来,有关耐多药结核病化学药物方面的研究取得了一些进展,现介绍如下,供同道借鉴。
