摘要
压电材料具有正、逆压电特性,将压电陶瓷换能器粘贴在产生损伤可能性最大区域的结构表面,选取特定的激励对换能器进行驱动,激发弹性波对结构进行扫描,并应用小波变换对传感器所接收信号进行分析。利用1∶4比尺的钢筋混凝土框-剪模型振动台模拟地震试验,结果表明,应用压电陶瓷传感器可以有效地监测到结构的微小损伤。
Piezo material has advantages of direct and converse piezoelectric effects,which can be used as actuator and sensor.Piezoceramic patch can be stuck on the surface of a concrete structure where the most possible damage may occur.Under special excitation piezoceramic actuator can generate elastic wave to scan the structure.Here,piezoceramic transducer is applied to monitor a reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure of scale 1∶4 under simulated earthquake.Wavelet theory is employed to analyse the signal received by piezoceramic sensor.Result indicates that piezoelectrical material is adapted to effectively monitor micro-damage of structure.
