摘要
接地装置的腐蚀极大地影响了系统的安全运行,形成了接地隐患,严重时将造成事故。分析了接地装置的腐蚀机理、腐蚀环境及腐蚀原因,认为电化学腐蚀是导致接地装置腐蚀的主要原因。电化学腐蚀主要与电解质溶液中的H+和O2的浓度有关,电解质溶液中的H+和O2的浓度越大,电化学腐蚀速度就越快。论述了防止接地装置腐蚀的主要措施——高效膨润土降阻防腐剂法和阴极保护法的应用情况;在工程中,将高效膨润土降阻防腐剂法与阴极保护法综合运用,可起到更好的防腐效果,其保护效率达到95%以上。
Corrosion of Grounding Device has enormously affected the system operation in security and stabilization, has formed the hidden danger to grounding, even will create the accident when it is serious. Therefore, it is significant that the problem of corrosion of grounding device is studied. The mechanism, entironment and reasons of grounding device corrosion is analyzed, and it is proposed that electrochemical corrosion is the primary cause in this paper. Electric-chemical corrosion is related to H^+ and O2 concentration of electrolyte. The higher the H^+ and O2 concentration ,the faster the chemical corrosion rate. Main measures including high efficient bentonite resistance-reducing and anticorrosion material and cathodic protection for preventing corrosion are discussed, and project application situations of them are introduced. In the actual project application, it will obtain a better anticorrosion effect if they are used synthetically, the protection efficiency will be more than 95%.
