应用奥沙利铂联合5-Fu/LV治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察奥沙利铂(L-OHP)联合亚叶酸钙(LV)、氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效和毒副作用。方法49例患者均接受奥沙利铂130mg/m2+5%葡萄糖500ml静脉滴注3小时,第1天;LV200mg/m2+5%葡萄糖250ml静脉滴注2小时,然后给予5-Fu400mg/m2静脉推注,后续5-Fu600mg/m2静脉持续输注约48小时。21天为1周期,至少应用3周期后判定疗效。结果可评价疗效者46例,完全缓解(CR)5例,部分缓解(PR)17例,总有效率为47.8%。可评价毒性患者49例,骨髓抑制为主要毒副作用,白细胞下降达91.8%;其次为胃肠道反应,恶心呕吐发生率87.8%,腹泻则为42.9%;另外周围神经毒性高达46.9%。结论奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙、氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌有较好疗效,毒性反应轻,可耐受,值得在临床上进一步推广。
