摘要
发酵过程是一个复杂的生化反应过程,笔者从系统的角度分析了补料分批发酵过程的特点及主要影响因素。在此基础上,提出了一套适合于现场的控制策略,设计了一个能够对生物发酵生产过程中的温度、压力、溶解氧、PH值及补料进行自动控制,以Motorola公司的MC68HC08GP32芯片为核心的计算机控制系统。
Fermentation is a very complicated biochemistry reaction process. According to the characteristic and central influencing factors, a suit of control system that is adaptive to scene is designed. The system was set up for microbe fermenting and producing process by temperature control , pressure control, DO ,PH automatic control and automatic adding nutriment .And MC68HC08GP32 of Motorola is the core of this computer control system.
