摘要
研究了以薏苡仁为基质的灵芝液体发酵,并用响应面分析法对培养基进行了优化,结果表明:薏苡仁油可促进灵芝菌解体的生长及胞外多糖的生产,最适加入量为1.5%~2.0%;最适培养基组成为:MgSO40.075%、KH2PO40.1%、K2HPO40.1%、VB110mg/L、葡萄糖2.05%、薏苡仁3.59%。
The production of Ganoderma lucidum by submerged culture using Coix lachryma-jobi as substrate was studied, and the medium was optimized by response surface methodology (RSM). The results showed that oil from C. lachryma-jobi could enhance the mycelium growth and exo-polysaccharide production of G. lucidum. It's optimized adding amount was 1.5%-2.0%. The optimized cultural medium contained MgSO4 0.075%, KH2PO4 0.1%, K2HPO4 0.1%, VB1 10mg/L, Glucose 2.05%, C. lachryma-jobi 3.59%.
