动态脉压指数对高血压患者左心室肥厚的影响

摘要 目的:探讨动态收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、脉压(PP)和脉压指数(PPI)对高血压患者左心室肥厚的影响,评价PPI反映左心室肥厚的价值。方法:用动态血压监测仪测量128例高血压患者的PPI.按PPI≤0.40(28例)、0.41~0.50(47例)、0.51~0.60(35例)和〉0.60(18例)分为4组;进行超声心动图检查.并测量各种参数,计算左室重量指数(LVMI);比较各组LVMI的差异。结果:随着PPI的增加,LVMI明显增大(P〈0.05);经Spearman’s相关分析.PPI与LVMI的相关系数r值(0.467)大于PP、SBP及DBP的r值(0.423,0.304.0.296)。结论:PPI可作为高血压患者左心室肥厚的预测指标。 Objective: To investigate the impact of systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP). pulse pressure (PP). pulse pressure index (PPI) on left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertensive patients and evaluate the value of PPI in reflecting left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods: A total of 128 hypertensive patients were measured PPI using dynamic BP monitor and divided into four groups based on PPI level, of which PP≤0.4 (28 cases), 0.41~0.50 (47 cases), 0.51~0.6 (35 cases), and〉0.6 (18 cases). Ultrasonic cardiography was recorded, all parameters were measured, and left ventricular mass index (LVMI) was calculated. The difference LVMI among the groups was compared. Results:With the increase PPI. LVMI increased significantly (P〈0.05). The correlation coefficient r (0. 467) between PPI and LVMI was higher than that of PP, SBP and DBP (r=0. 423, 0. 304, and 0. 296 respectively). Conclusion: PPI may in reflecting left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertensive patients.
