摘要
用铝基柱撑蒙脱石、锆基柱撑蒙脱石和蒙脱石三种材料对人工配制的红色废水进行静态吸附实验,结果显示锆基柱撑蒙脱石的吸附效果好于铝基柱撑蒙脱石和蒙脱石。锆基柱撑蒙脱石对红色染液的脱色程度与材料的投放量、初始浓度之pH值、吸附时间和染液初始浓度等有关。pH值是影响吸附的主要因素。当染液的起始pH值等于3.5时,锆基柱撑蒙脱石对红色有机染液的脱色率达到99%以上,对红色有机染料的最大吸附量为0.93 mg/g。
The experimental results shows that the Zr-pillared montmorillonite have better adsorption capability on red dye ions in the wastewater than Al-pillared montmorillonite and montmorillonite. The decoloration capability of the Zr- pillared montmorillonite is related to adsorption time, initial solution pH and initial red dye ions concentration. The pH value of initial red dye is the main influential factor. When the pH value of initial red dye is 3.5, the decolorizing rate of Zr-pillared montmorillonite is up to 99% ,and adsorption capability is 0.93mg/g.
