摘要
针对当前汽车工业中的协同生产运作管理问题,分析总结了汽车工业扩展企业的协同生产运作管理模式。特别针对原始设备制造商-供应商模式中协同生产运作信息管理的特点和需求,提出了基于关键性能指标的协同生产运作管理系统框架,设计了基于协同过程模型,配置关键性能指标的基本方法和步骤。在该框架下开发了基于Web的协同生产运作信息管理系统,解决了汽车工业扩展企业内快速有效地协同生产运作信息管理问题。最后,介绍了该系统的初步工程应用。
To solve the current information management problems of collaborative operation in automobile industry, the patterns of collaboration in automobile extended enterprises were analyzed. Focused on the characteristics and management requirements in Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)- supplier pattern, an information management framework based on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) was proposed. Collaborative-process-based model was designed. The method and procedure of KPI deployment based on collaborative process modeling were provided. A Web-based information system for collaborative operation management was developed to deal with information management problems during collaborative operation in automobile industry. Finally, the primary engineering application of the system was introduced.
