摘要
由于制造业非技术因素的存在,使得制造网格在企业间的推广应用不仅需要有力的技术支撑,更重要的是如何正确对待和有效处理一些关键非技术因素,制造网格服务质量管理系统的提出为该问题提供了一种有效的解决方案。深入研究了制造网格服务质量管理系统中的服务等级协议,结合公平分配、合作博弈和协商谈判等方法和技术,通过对利益分配、协议管理、动态协商、违约检测和赔偿等内容的研究和应用过程分析,形成符合制造业企业实际应用的解决方案,为分布、异地企业间实现资源共享和协同工作提供协议约束的服务质量保障,是制造网格从理论和技术研究走向实际企业应用的必要前提和条件。
Quality of Service management system in Manufacturing Grid (MG-QoS) was an effective solution to deal with those non-technical factors, which held back the application of MG to be as the resource-sharing and collaborative-working platform among distributed enterprises. Service Level Agreement (SLA) was studied in particular in MG-QoS, which combined with technologies such as fair distribution, cooperative game theory and negotiation transaction. The functions of profit distribution, agreement creation and management, dynamic negotiation, violation detection and penalty management were analyzed, therefore resolutions conforming to actual conditions of enterprises were generated. Resolutions provided agreement-restricted QoS guarantee for implementing resources sharing and collaboration among distributed enterprises. It was assumed to be prerequisite to actual application of MG from academic studies.
