摘要
目的:以葛根素为原料,通过过碘酸氧化反应,采用三种不同的方法合成中间体化合物8-甲酰基-4,′7-二羟基异黄酮,且对三种方法进行比较。方法:通过收集国内外有关文献进行参考,选择出适合8-甲酰基-4,′7-二羟基异黄酮的合成路线。结果与结论:通过对三种合成方法的比较,认为方法三是最为合适的合成方法。
Objective:Taking puerarin as a raw material, using three oxidizing reaction of periodic acid, to synthesize intermediate compound 8 -formyl -4'7 -dioxyisoflavone, and comparing with the three methods's similarities and differences. Methods: The correlated literature at home and abroad was reviewed to make references, and to select agreeable synthetic route of 8 -formyl -4'7 -dioxyisoflavone. Results and Conclusion: Comparing with intermediate compound of the three methods and discussing about them, the third method may be the most agreeable synthetic method.
