摘要
以德国F esto公司的M PS模块加工系统为基础,设计了一种基于M PS(内含送料、检测、加工、取件及分拣5个单元)的零件自动加工控制实验系统。系统采用华光PLC作为主要控制设备,完成自动控制系统的硬件和软件设计,实现PLC与上位机之间的通信,并且利用工业组态软件完成了监控程序的开发,实现了对该系统的在线监控。
The paper designed an automatic processing control system that contain distribution unit, testing unit, processing unit, handing unit, and sorting unit, based on the Modular Production System of the Festo Co. , LTD in Germany. The paper used PLC as the main control equipments of system, and designed hardware and software of automatic control system, and realized communication among all kinds of PLC and upper computer. At last, the paper developed a monitor program by using an industry configure software, and realized online monitor of the system.
