老年高血压患者用药依从性差的原因分析及对策 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析老年高血压患者用药依从性差的原因并寻找其对策。方法对165例正在治疗的老年高血压患者通过自拟问卷方式调查并随访8周。结果住院期间98.2%的患者按医嘱服药,3例(1.8%)依从性差,出院后4周、6周及8周能按时服药者分别为85.4%、58.2%和39.4%。结论老年高血压患者用药依从性差。患者记忆力差,药物种类多、有副作用、价格昂贵,以及患者高血压知识缺乏是主要原因,针对这些因素进行健康教育是提高依从性的重要措施。 Objective Toanalyze the cause of the old hypertension patients' poor yielding to taking medicine and look for the countermeasure. Methods To inquire 168 cases of patients in treating by asking questions and visit them for following 8 weeks. Results 98.2 % of patients in hospital took medicine according to the doctor' s advice. 1.8% of patients didn't yield to doctor's advice. The patients who could take medicine on time 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks after leaving hospital take up 85.4 %, 58.2 % and 39.4 % respectively. Conclusion The old hypertension patients have a poor yielding to taking medicines because of their bad pensive price of the medicines, and they were lack of corresponding for the patients to take health training. memory, too many kinds, side-effects and so exknowledge.
