摘要
研制了一种表面接枝的聚季铵盐型高分子杀生材料并考察了其对水溶液中的各种菌体的抑制/杀灭效果,通过对活化剂和硅胶载体的优化选择确定了制备工艺方案。检测表明此材料可以在低浓度、短时间内降低水溶液中的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌以及霉菌的活菌量。红外光谱测试表明材料接枝上高分子季胺盐抗菌剂。
The characterization of disinfection process by a new biocide using poly quaternary ammonium salt grafted Silica gel was carried out with bacteria and mould as the different mold microbe. The research indicated the grafted silica gel could quickly reduce microbe quantity of the water - liquor in a lower concentration and a shorter time. In the grafted process the characteristics of the structure of silica gel material, intermediate with chlorgropyl groups and the biocide was determined by FT- IR. The results showed the biocide using poly quaternary ammonium salt grafted Silica gel was a new high - powered and broad - spectrum biocide, and could have more broad application in circulating cooling water treatment.
