摘要
脑电同步被认为是脑功能区域整合的表现.基于脑电同步产生的生理机制,从信号分析方法着手,研究了如何把希尔伯特变换应用到脑电同步性研究领域,并就此研究提出一种改进的小波分析方法.对真实脑电数据处理的结果证明了该方法在脑电同步分析中的有效性,并比较了2种方法的特点.从结果可以看出,希尔伯特相位同步分析方法更能反映数据的真实性,更符合生物信号的特性.
The synchronous brain activities are usually assumed to be the result of the functional integration of the brain. Based on the physiological mechanism of synchronous activity, from the view of signal processing approaches, Hilbert transform (HT) is applied to phase synchronization analysis. Especially, how to measure the phase synchronization of two signals by Wavelet Transform (WT) is indicated in this paper. Real EEG (electroencephalograph) data from two rats are utilized to test the two methods for phase synchronous analysis, and the results prove the validity of these two methods for analysis of phase synchronization. The comparison between the results shows that Hilbert is more robust than wavelet when it is used to analyze the phases of EEG.
