摘要
作者根据新时期管理者在评价过程中的信息需求,基于医院信息系统产生的丰富数据资源、依据医院科室和人员统计指标的应用分类及评价方法的研究,设计了满足医院管理者和职能部门对医院科室和人员进行简便、详实、高效综合评价的应用系统,该系统采用B/S结构,使用JAVA语言,应用软件分层技术,设计开发“医院科室与人员绩效综合评价系统”。
This research work was based on the abundant data resource produced by hospital information systems. To further promote the evaluation research work in our country, we made use of modem computer technology to implement the share of these data on the base of application classification of statistical index and the research of evaluation method. At the same time, we adopted B/S (Browser/server) technology and JAVA computer language, and depended on a complete design idea to exploit the design of comprehensive evaluation system for the performance of hospital section offices and staffs.
