摘要
本文在回顾我国高校教师聘用制度历史与现状的基础上,阐述了高校教师聘任制在实行过程中选择短期合同和长期合同的原理,说明了在给予教师长期合同或终身教职中使用“非升即走”机制的原因,指出了实行教师聘任制之后职称评定制度的走向。
Based on the review of the history and status quo of China's faculty employment system, the paper expatiates on the principles by which short-term contract and long-term contract are offered in the process of the implementation of the faculty employment system. , explains the reason why the system of "being promoted otherwise quit" is adopted when the long-term contract or tenure is offered, and points out the development trend of the title-grading system after the implementation of the faculty employment system.
