摘要
在社区卫生服务工作中开展家庭病床、巡诊等护理服务,在院外入户医疗服务过程中护士保持良好的医德,严格按照医疗护理操作规程操作,坚持执行查对制度,家庭输液签家庭输液协议,评估和观察患者病情并“告之”,备好急救药品,入户护理服务强调必须由始至终在场守护患者,及时书写病历,指导护士不断提高自身专业水平和评判性思维能力、独立认识鉴定能力,注意防范法律纠纷。在入户护理社区居民7449例次未发生护理缺陷和护患纠纷。医院管理在具体实施工作中制定有效、可行的护理缺陷和纠纷防范措施,提高和保障了入户护理服务的质量和安全。
The authors report their experience in carrying out family nursing service in community, including nursing service of home sick-beds and round visits in community health service, strict performance of medical regulations with good medical ethics, strict performance of medical checks and persistence to signing agreement of at-home transfusion, assessment and observation of the patients' conditions and noticing them, preparation of first aid drugs, caring patients all through the nursing periods and timely completing of nursing history during at-home care, instruction of nurses' improvement in professional knowledge and their ability in judgment, individual and prevention of disputes in law. As a result, no nursing defect and nurse-patient dispute occurred in the 7 449 cases of care. The practical regulation of effective and workable measures to prevent nursing defects and nurse-patient disputes in hospital management give rise to the improvement and guarantee of the at-home nursing quality and safety.
