简述了工程量清单计价的应用现状，介绍了招标人对工程量清单的编制及投标方对企业定额的编制，探讨了施工合同风险合理分担的问题，以维护招投标双方的经济效益。
It illustrates the existing condition of BOQ valuation, introduces inventory of BOQ by tenderee and inventory of enterprises＇ quota by tenderer, and discusses the problem of rational sharing the risk of construction contract, in order to maintain economic benefits of both parties.
